FAQs OF CURING NAIL/NAIL ART

A good nail art usually has many problems. Many friends don't know the cause of the problem. Now, here we gathered some common nail art tips for share.

1. About The Hardening Of The Brush Head

The brush head may be exposed to direct sunlight, or light, or not put away after use. If it is in contact with the air for a long time, it will become thicker and thicker or even dry. You have to wipe the bottle clean every time after you use it.

Tighten the mouth again to prevent air from entering the bottle for a long time, which will cause thickening and drying. Nowadays, most of the nail polishes are vegetable glues. Be careful when storing them. Vegetable glues are environmentally friendly and can be used by pregnant women. But still need to store it well.

2.Where Does It Comes From Of The Small Particles

The common causes of particles are as follows:

  1. The smearing speed is too fast, and it is easy to produce bubbles and particles.
  2. The mouth of the bottle has not been cleaned for a long time, and the residue at the mouth of the bottle is brought into the bottle by the brush.
  3. When applying, the brush or bottle mouth is irradiated by the lamp, causing the glue on it to solidify and then be brought into the bottle.
  4. There is no brush to remove the dust after engraving, and particles will be generated if the dust is not completely removed.

3. Does The Nail Polish Not Dry Enough?

  1. Why doesn't the nail polish stick dry?

A: Because there are too many special adhesives for nail polish, only a thin layer of the adhesive is enough. (Correct dosage: only 0.1ml for one hand).

B: The light of the phototherapy lamp is insufficient or the lamp tube in the phototherapy lamp is aging. check the equipment, replace the defective lamp or phototherapy machine.

C: The lighting time is too short and the nail surface is not cured completely. Make sure that the lighting time is not less than 60 seconds to 120 seconds each time.

D:The angle of the nail surface is not directly facing the light, and it is not fully illuminated. Place your hands upright when illuminating the lamp, and place your thumbs alone to operate the illuminator.

4.The Nail Polish Glue Is Wrinkled?

  1. The color glue is too thick.
  2. The lighting time is too short, only the surface layer is cured, which is easy to deform and wrinkle.
  3. The nail surface is smooth, without grinding, or sticking to grease, which will also cause wrinkles, shrinking.
  4. Generally speaking, darker glue will shrink easily, such as black, soapply it as thinly as possible.

5.The Nail Polish Glue Falls Off The Fingertips

  1. The fingertips should also be engraved.
  2. Objects that accidentally touched grease during engraving did not clean the nail surface.
  3. The color smear is too thick.
  4. The nails are not edging, and each layer of the base glue color glue.
  5. sealing layer needs to be edging, and the edging should not be too thick.

The lighting time is insufficient or the lamp tube is aging.

6. Shrink Plastic

1.Apply too much primer.
2.The glue is not completely dry.
3. The nail oil doesn’t wipe clean

When the binder is not dry, applying the primer will cause the primer to shrink.

7. Why Does Nail Art Turn Yellow?

  1. The sealing layer is too thick.
  2. The long time of the sealing layer will cause the finished nail turns yellow soon.

8. Why Nails Cracks?

  1. The nails are too thin without reinforcement.
  2. The non-washing seal layer is hard and fragile, and it is easy to crack if the toughness is insufficient. It is not suitable for use on removable glue.

9. Nail Lamination

(Lamination) is the separation between the colored glue layer of the nail polish glue and the sealing layer on the surface, and air can be seen in the separated part. It is also a frequent problem.

Reason:

  1. Didn’t use the same brand product for sealing layer
  1. No wipeable sealing layer is used. A removable seal that can be scrubbed should be used.
  1. The front edge of the nail is not properly sealed. Each layer must be sealed when applying glue, not just the final sealing layer.
  1. After the colored glue is exposed to light, scrub it with a cleaning fluid, and then apply the sealant layer. The color glue does not need to be scrubbed after the light is exposed, and the sealing layer directly will avoid delamination.
  1. The color adhesive layer is too thick, and the sealing layer is too thick.

10. Upturn

The glue layer of the nail polish is separated from the surface of the real nail with or without the primer, and the edges are raised. This is the most common problem

Reasons:

  1. Remnants of true nail oil.

If the surface of the real nail is not cleaned thoroughly or meticulously enough, the grease film on the surface of the real nail will not be cleaned up, or if you do not pay attention to protecting the real nail after cleaning, constantly touching the surface of the real nail may cause warping.

  1. No primer of the same brand product is used.

It is recommended to use products of the same brand and the same series when applying nail polish, which is more reliable. Without a full understanding of the product characteristics, the mixed use of products of different brands is likely to cause undesirable consequences.

  1. Coating with the dry adhesive used by crystal armor.

In order to keep the nail polish on the nails for a longer period of time, some people will apply the dry adhesive of crystal nails. This is just the opposite. The nail polish will quickly peel off. The current nail polishes are all removable products, and refuse to be mixed with acidic substances, let alone be used for primer.

11. The Sealing Layer Is Not Bright Enough

  1. The lighting time is too short

The sealing layer usually takes longer to illuminate the lamp. UV lamps generally take 3 minutes, and LED lamps generally take 90s.

Some lamps on the market have insufficient power, so you need to extend the time appropriately when you use them. And be careful not to apply too thickly

  1. Lamp aging

The UV lamp is used for a long time, the lamp tube will be aging, which will also have a great influence on the effect of the sealing layer. Therefore, if the frequency of use is relatively high, it is recommended that the UV lamp be replaced every two months as much as possible.

3. Non-standard Light Gestures

Some people will do the wrong posture when illuminating the lamp, and their fingers are not flat inside the lamp. As a result, the light does not fully illuminate the nail, especially the position of the thumb. Therefore, when the seal is taken at the end, we generally advised to take one more time.

4. Touch Immediately After Lighting The Lamp

Many manicurists will wipe off the nails that have just been done. But if you want the sealing layer to be bright, you can’t touch it right away after illuminating the light, and you can’t use a piece of cotton to wipe it repeatedly, otherwise the sealing layer just applied may have to be scrapped.
